Seared yellow fin tuna with crushed peas, mint, basil and sherry dressing
Pan fried Quail with Sardinian wild boar cured sausage, stewed lentils, Celeriac pure & port sauce

Mains

Saffron potato gnocchi with butternut pure, confit cherry toms, roasted grellots, grilled goats cheese and parmesan foam
Pan fried monk fish with sliced new potatoes, smoked achovies, tomato, shallots, green olives in sherry vinegar & arbequina extra virgin olive oil dressing
Pan fried T-bone steak with Truffle mash potato, roasted shallots, flat mushroom, sprouted broccoli, baby water cress & red wine sauce (additional supplement £5)
Pan fried Rack of lamb with tomato, mix peppers, onions & herb couscous, stuffed dates with feta in pancetta & harissa hummus
