Its Christmas!!

We Are Very Proud to show you all our new Xmas Menu for this Year! We are now taking bookings for December, please remember, the only day we close the kitchen is Christmas day, so all other days are available! We also have a Christmas buffet menu available on request. All bookings will need a £10 per head deposit.


Starters


Winter root vegetable soup w olive bloomer bread

Smoked salmon w horseradish crème fraîche & beetroot

Three type mushroom soufflé w melted gruyere cheese, pea shoots & chives

Pork rillette w garlic, juniper and brandy served w rocket, endives, gherkins & a mustard dressing

 


Mains


Turkey breast wrapped in pancetta, stuffed w pine nuts, lemon & herbs, served w potato rosti, buttered baby carrots, long stem broccoli, spinach puree & porcini turkey jus

Herb crusted rack of lamb w roasted fennel, aubergine puree, crunchy garlic new potatoes & rosemary jus

Rainbow trout w saffron risotto, ginger & chilli whole prawns, calamari, fried salsify & a lemon and caper cream

Winter vegetable wellington served w carrot & swede mash, red cabbage & spinach

Fig & apricot polenta cake w potato rosti, buttered baby carrots, long stem broccoli, spinach puree


Desserts


Salted caramel profiteroles w Bailey’s ice cream

Individual Christmas pudding w brandy butter sauce

Apple, tangerine and apricot crumble w custard
